Why choose me as your coach?

I am not going to offer you a quick fix or another fad diet to convince you to join my team. I want to help you learn and empower you so you can see how fitness can do more than just change your body physically. I will show you how it can change you mentally which will help to improve all other aspects of your life. I will give you the tools and knowledge to learn and grow as a person so you can gain independence and confidence in the gym - and your day to day life. I will be here to help you every step of the way to help you change your body and mind for the long term so you can feel empowered and live a long and happy life.

What's included?

Consultation

With each enquiry/sign-up, I will carry out a full consultation over the phone. We can have an informal chat to discuss what you want to achieve and how I can help you reach this. This will also help us get to know each other which is important as we will be working hard together as a team going forward. We will agree and write down your goals and they will be input into the app ready for you to begin your journey.

Training Program

In line with the agreed goals, I will write up your training program to suit equipment you or your gym has. Generally speaking this will be a mixture of strength and conditioning training but your training plan will be personal to you and your goals. This will be input onto your area on the app with each session/day mapped out so it's easy for you to follow and look back at the progress you've made so we can discuss and make any tweaks if needed in our weekly check-ins.

Nutrition

Similar to your training program, your nutrition plan will be tailored specifically for you. I will work out your calories and macros and these will be input onto the app for you to follow daily. The app links to MyFitnessPal for you to input your daily intake for us to look over at each check-in. I will provide a PDF nutrition ebook guide which include meal ideas and recipes so you will never be bored of your food. This will be linked on the app also, and you can save to your phone so you always have it to hand. Nutrition is many people's downfall so I want to show you how you can enjoy all your favourite foods, not be restrictive and still reach your goals.

Weekly Check-ins

As I've mentioned, we will have weekly check-ins to go over your training, nutrition and general well-being over the week. I will send a quick check-in form for you to fill out so you can send me your weight, measurements, progress photos and tell me how your week has went. I will then get back to you to have a chat to see if we need to make any changes necessary to suit you and your goals for the following week. The check-ins are to 'tell you off' or make you feel bad, they're to keep you accountable but to also to make sure we're moving in the right direction. If something isn't working and you're really not happy then this is the time where we would discuss this in depth and make any changes so you're feeling good going into the next week. 

Community and 24/7 Support

As part of my team, I will add you to the team Whatsapp group so we can help and support each other, share meal ideas, questions and progress. It's another good way to keep ourselves accountable and motivated but to also talk to like-minded individuals who are all in the same boat and on similar journeys. Also, I will always be available personally for 24/7 support if you have a question you maybe don't feel comfortable sharing on the group. I am with you EVERY step of the way to help you get to where you want to be. I really want to help you feel strong, confident, healthy and above all else happy in your own skin and I will work really hard to help you, all I ask is that you do the same so we can work as a team and you will absolutely achieve those goals.
