This 8 week guide is perfect if you want to take your training to the next level whilst we are safe at home during lockdown. It is also recommended if you have just finished the beginner home guide and/or if you're at an intermediate-advanced level and want a program to give you focus. The guide will help you to lose body fat and build lean muscle with a glute focus.
If you have a small range of equipment whilst in lockdown, this guide will help get you through and feel fit and healthy in both the body and mind. You will need a barbell, dumbbells, long & short resistance bands, TRX & medicine/slam ball for this guide but if you don't have access to all of this equipment, then please email me and I can help offer alternatives.
The programme includes a mixture of resistance based training, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and LISS (low intensity steady state) workouts. You will learn different training styles to help take your training to the next level.
The guide will be sent via email in a PDF format to enable you to use as often as you wish and keep to hand on your phone for easy access.
