We will have weekly check-ins to make any tweaks needed and ensure you're staying on track.
The guide will be tailored to suit you personally based on your specific goals. Once this guide is purchased, a questionnaire will be sent in order to allow me to create the best plan possible for you. I will also tailor it to equipment you have access to, either at home or the gym.
This programme will allow you to learn different training styles and help build knowledge alongside working towards your physical goals to help you feel strong and empowered in both the body and mind.
The guide will be sent via email in a PDF format to enable you to use as often as you wish and keep to hand on your phone for easy access.
