These 8 week guides are the perfect combination if you want to take your training to the next level and reach your goals, alongside eating delicious and nutritious meals within your calorie and macro guidance. Both of these guides will give you focus and structure, as well as the freedom to tailor them around your lifestyle. We will have weekly check-ins to make any tweaks needed and ensure you're staying on track.


The guides will be tailored to suit you personally based on your specific goals. Once this is purchased, a questionnaire will be sent to your email in order to allow me to create the best plans possible for you. I will also tailor it to equipment you have access to, either at home or the gym. I can cater meals for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegan, as well as any other speical requests you may have.


This programme will allow you to learn different training styles and help build knowledge around meal planning and exercises, alongside working towards helping you to feel strong and empowered in both the body and mind.


The guides will be sent via email in a PDF format to enable you to use as often as you wish and keep to hand on your phone for easy access.


If any exercise demonstrations are needed then I can provide them on request as well as my full 24/7 support and guidance with any other queries to help give you the best knowledge possible on your fitness journey via email.
